I live near Crewe but work in the centre of Manchester – not quite as picturesque as Italy!
Ah yes, that’s a Manchester tram…I once drove onto the tramline in Manchester in heavy traffic (just after it had opened and I wasn’t used to it being there) and it drew up beside me and honked, gave me a dreadful fright! Do so love a tram ride though!
The trams are great in Manchester – they’re all over the place now – much better than anywhere else in the UK outside London
