Rewards for an early start

I had to get up at 3:45 this morning to do a peregrine protection shift but I was rewarded by a lovely sunrise just before 5:00am. I also had a nice bacon sandwich before starting a task with Crewe & Nantwich Conservation Volunteer at Tegg’s Nose Country Park – think I deserved it!
